Try the Hanurah MediGel Seat Cushion risk-free for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.

Email info@hanurah.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

You cover return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Received a damaged cushion? Contact us immediately at info@hanurah.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the protective cover has been removed and the cushion has been used without it.
